At Xzotik Mas, we believe Carnival is about more than a costume , it is about the experience. As an all-inclusive band, our masqueraders can expect exceptional customer service, quality food and drinks, dedicated security and a well-organised road experience designed with their comfort and enjoyment in mind.

We pride ourselves on making every masquerader feel valued, supported and part of the Xzotik family, from registration to the road. Expect great music that takes you down memory lane, bringing back the sounds and songs that shaped generations, while creating new memories along the way. FAQs

Choose your preferred costume section from our website, review the costume details and price, select your size, meal option and complete the registration/payment process. Once your registration is successfully completed, you should receive confirmation. Keep your confirmation details for future reference.

Each section may have different inclusions. Your costume package may include items such as your costume, accessories, wristband, and other band-specific amenities. The exact inclusions will be listed on your selected costume’s page before you register.

Absolutely! If you want to play together, we recommend registering early and selecting the same section. If multiple persons are registering separately, make sure everyone selects the same section and follows the registration instructions.

Changes may be possible depending on costume availability, production timelines, and the band’s policies. Contact the band as early as possible. Once costumes are being produced or distributed, changes may no longer be possible.

Transfers may be permitted under certain conditions. The new masquerader may need to provide identification and complete any required transfer documentation. Transfers should only be completed through the official band process.

Please contact the band as soon as possible after collecting your costume. We will advise you on the available options. Costume exchanges may depend on availability and there would also be a seamstress onsite at collection for any alterations needed.

Costume customization may be restricted because the band aims to maintain the overall look of each section. Contact the band before making any significant alterations to your costume.

The band will have security measures in place to help maintain a safe environment for masqueraders. However, everyone is responsible for their own personal belongings and should follow all instructions given by band officials and security personnel.

The band provides an All-inclusive experience including food, drinks, bars, security and other amenities will be provided for all our masquerades.

The band will provide official photographers and videographers capturing the Xzotik experience. By participating, masqueraders may appear in official photographs or videos used for promotional and social media purposes.

Follow the band’s official social media pages and check the website regularly. Important announcements regarding costume collection, payment deadlines, Carnival-day instructions, and schedule changes will be communicated through official channels.
